If you are runing late on the day of your fishing charter, don't panic! First thing is to call or text Capt. Eric and let him know. You may still go on your charter. Offshore Outlaw often has multiple charters booked in one day, so while we may be late leaving the dock on the Morehead City waterfront, we will still need to return at the alloted time.
You many cancel your fishing charter with 7 days notice with no penalty. Your full deposit will be refunded.
It is up to the sole discretion of Capt. Eric whether it is safe or not to proceed with your charter aboard the Offshore Outlaw. If Capt. Eric decides we are unable proceed on your reserved day, we will either reschedule your trip for another time, or your charter will be refunded.
Most people like to bring simple foods and snacks to munch on while fishing. Crackers, premade sandwiches or subs, individual packs of chips. We do offer a small refrigerator /cooler to keep your drinks cool. Make sure to bring plenty of water to keep yourself and your party hydrated.
While we do allow adult beverages aboard the Offshore Outlaw, please remember that we do not allow any glass bottles aboard our vessel.
There are different types of life jackets for different age of children.
Federal Law requires that when a vessel is underway, children under 13 years of age must wear their lifejacket.
We suggest that you visit any local reputable marina or even a local coast guard station if you have any questions regarding the safety and integrity of your child's life jacket.

Yes. The Offshore Outlaw features an air-conditioned cabin, a private toilet, and a functional galley. A large deck offers enough space for all anglers to fish in comfort
We recommend you bring a cooler with ice to transport your fish home with you. You may use our dock to clean your fish, or you may want to carry it home with you and clean them there. Many of the fish we catch are edible. We recommend looking up some recipies with whatever your catches are. Fresh fish always tastes better!
If you know that you are prone to motion sickness, we highly recommend that you use an over-the-counter motion sickness remedy such as Dramamine or Bonine and follow the instructions prior to your charter.
However, if you should happen to be affected with motion sickness while aboard the charter, it will always be your option (and of your party) whether you want to continue on with the rest of your fishing charter.
